Shipping policy

Once payment is received we endeavor to ship goods within three working days.
Goods in New Zealand are always sent via track and trace couriers.

Based on the users selection overseas goods are sent via DHL or New Zealand Post. New Zealand Post is not a track and trace service but has an option to refund the cost of goods lost in transit.

For Pharo Sugaring products because volume and weight is compiled during packing we will revert to you with the cost of freight
